HRIS/Systems Implementations
Below are examples of communications, quick references and project related data for a few of the system enhancements and implementations I've done. In some cases, it involved classroom or instructor-led training, or a combination. Others included information delivered via webinar or other blended solutions.
New Compensation Process/Systems Training
As part of the team that created the new compensation process for this organization, my role was to work with the SME to determine what was needed, to create the communication plan, develop the training and the (attached) compensation guide as a quick reference for leaders.
I served as the project lead for the compensation system configuration and development (SuccessFactors) and conducted all system related implementation tasks. Additionally, I served as system project manageer for all HRIS systems. Finally I served as the training designer, developer and implemented the system.
The attached is an example of the quick reference guide provided as part of that project.
Great Place to Work Initiative
I was charged with responsibility for an idea I proposed: Great Place to Work. This involved some of the strategies related to the GP2W Institute. I created a cross-functional task force team to involve employees at all levels. I also worked directly with Leadership by facilitating a Director-level Strategy Workshop using customized material. This week-long session resulted in a series of proposed strategic initiatives that aligned with our core values, strategic imperatives and other ideas from the group. The result was developed training of some sort for all levels. The slides I developed below below speak to the initiative at a high level.
