Driver Training - 7 Step Delivery Process
7 Step Delivery Service Training was a new concept for this organization. For this training, we combined our organizational goals realted to service delivery (CSAT Drivers and cross functional team service points) with feedback from the delivery drivers management on Customer service from their perspective (Call ahead, introduce yourself, clarify, educate etc.) To a new organizational process.
From there I created the 7 Step Delivery Process service model and a presentation for managers to understand changes to the new process. This presentation highlighted the concept.
I worked with the team of SME's to design the online training that each delivery driver (approx 800 nationwide) would be responsible for completing. There were also follow ups for the managers and the CSAT drivers where used to measure success of the training.
This is just a representation of the work completed.
Learning UI Design
The request was to design a UI for a large Finance group to house and activate all their online training, desktop procedures, and other learning related resources including training from a central location. This also included a link to a glossary of terms, and links to their Micro learning and LMS. This is the UI design. (some featured are disabled for this demo

Safety Training
The following slides represent various safety training courses I developed. In each case I was project lead responsible for all aspects of the project (ADDIE). Fall Protection Training included a leader guide, participant guide, handouts, exercises and exams. Others included some of all of these elements
Great Place to Work Initiative
I was charged with responsibility for an idea I proposed: Great Place to Work. This involved some of the strategies related to the GP2W Institute. I created a cross-functional task force team to involve employees at all levels. I also worked directly with Leadership by facilitating a Director-level Strategy Workshop using customized material. This week-long session resulted in a series of proposed strategic initiatives that aligned with our core values, strategic imperatives and other ideas from the group. The result was developed training of some sort for all levels. The slides I developed below below speak to the initiative at a high level.
